The above rates are per guestroom / per night and include all taxes and services.
Reservation -
Cancellation Policy
- Upon reservation, 30% of the total amount
must be paid.
- All reservations must be guaranteed to deposit
by bank wire transfer or some other agreed arrangement.
In case of cancellation:
- If cancellation is effected 21 dates or more
prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded
to the client-visitor. (any transfer expenses
are paid by the client-visitor).
- If cancellation is effected after the lapse
of 21 dates prior to the date of arrival, client-visitor
has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay.

- If cancellation is effected during stay,
client-visitor has to compensate the company
with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period
of his stay.
- Extra charge 10% on room rate / day, for reservations
from 1 up to 2 days.
